Commercial Window Cleaning Prices
Because we service over 1,700 locations, we are always “right next door”. For this reason, we offer commercial window cleaning at very reasonable prices.
You can calculate the price for your own windows using the illustration and descriptions in this column.
Begin with a service call of $9.50 and add the following prices per pane.
Panes of Glass:
A Pane: Ground-level pane with the top edge above 7 feet in height = $1.50/pane
B Pane: Ground-level pane below 7 feet in height = $1.00/pane
C Pane: Glassdoor = $1.50/door
D Pane: 1st story above eye level = $1.50/pane
E Pane: Ground-level pane = $1.00/pane
F Pane: Second story = $2.25/pane (3rd and 4th stories: $50 additional, plus $2.75/pane)
These prices are for exterior cleaning. Add $1.50 per pane for interiors. Prices assume normal accessibility and a frequency of at least 4 times per year.
